Person-Centred Counsellor
Online counselling for adults across the UK
A warm, accepting space to talk openly, make sense of what you’re experiencing and find your own way forward.
Hello, I’m Roz
I’m a person-centred counsellor offering online counselling to clients across the UK, under the laws of England and Wales.
Person-centred counselling is based on the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role isn’t to tell you what to do or give you all the answers. Instead, I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is worrying you, upsetting you or simply feeling difficult to make sense of.
You are the expert on your own life.
You might want somewhere to offload without feeling judged. You may be facing an important decision, noticing patterns you would like to understand better, or struggling with feelings such as anxiety, low mood or overwhelm.
Together, we can explore what is happening for you and what moving forward might look like — at a pace that feels right for you.
There is no set programme to follow, and you do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to say. There is space to understand yourself with greater compassion.
Am I the right counsellor for you?
Finding a counsellor you feel comfortable with matters.
I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone call where you can ask questions, tell me a little about what you are looking for and get a sense of whether I might be the right person for you.
If you decide you would like to book a session, I will send you a counselling agreement beforehand. This simply explains how we will work together and what we can both expect from counselling.
There is no pressure to continue after the introductory call.
Support
You do not need a diagnosis, a crisis, or the right words.
This is a place to talk about what feels difficult. That might include relationships, or simply the wish to say something out loud.
